A price increase comes with this AWD drive configuration of the A-Spec, as well as higher horsepower rating at 490 and more torque at 437 lb-ft.  The range rating dips just a touch down to 304 miles, but everything else mirrors the features of the RWD A-Spec trim with the addition of cargo-carrying roof rails.

Type S

Experience sportier performance with the 2024 Acura ZDX Type S, which boasts dual motors and all-wheel drive.  This elevation in power makes the horsepower rating jump up to 500 and 544 lb-ft in torque.  Range takes a knock and moves down to 278 miles, but the features pile up with the addition of Brembo Front six-piston brakes, 22-inch Berlina Black machine face wheels, panoramic moonroof with tilt and slide functionality, power liftgate with hands free access, gloss black roof, perforated Milano premium leather-trimmed seating with an embossed Type S logo, front 16-way power seats with power lumbar support, thigh extension and side bolsters, heated front and rear seats, tri-zone automatic climate control with humidity control and air filtration, rear HVAC control panel, a digital rearview mirror, ebony headliner, ambient LED cabin lighting on the door handles, instrument panel, console and foot well, a 110V outlet, a head-up display, and Google Built-In.

Power and Performance

Offered in two trim levels, the A-Spec and Type S, the 2024 Acura ZDX was engineered with a low center of gravity and near 50/50 weight distribution. The 2024 Acura ZDX A-Spec trim with rear-wheel drive provides 358 horsepower and 324 lb-ft of torque with a single motor that drives the rear wheels. Optionally, you can add a second motor that will increase your horsepower output to 459 and adds the option of all-wheel drive. Max towing capacity is impressive at 3500 pounds, and the EPA estimates a range of 318 miles for the RWD model and 304 miles for the AWD version. The 2024 Acura ZDX Type S model comes standard with all-wheel drive, and utilizes a high-performance dual-motor set-up that is rated to pump out 500 horsepower and 544 lb-ft of torque. Accelerating from 0-60 mph in under 5 seconds, the more powerful Type S offers a 278 mile range rating. Available Adaptive Air Suspension gives the Type S more clearance with Snow mode and lowers it when you activate Sport mode. All-season tires are also standard, as well as adaptive dampers and eye-catching yellow six-piston Brembo brakes.
